Hello, I’m Cambria Garrett, a Registered Nurse turned International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Since 2016, I’ve been dedicated to postpartum and newborn care in various capacities, driven by a passion for helping parents navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood. My experiences have taught me that the postpartum journey, while beautiful, often comes with significant hurdles—especially in breastfeeding. From mastering latching techniques and overcoming low milk supply to navigating NICU stays, exclusive pumping, and nipple pain, I am here to guide you through it all. Helping parents successfully feed their babies brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

My own struggles with breastfeeding my three children have given me a profound understanding of what this journey entails. I often liken breastfeeding to learning to walk—it takes time, practice, and persistence. There will be stumbles along the way, but with support and encouragement, you will find your footing. Just as we had cheerleaders to help us learn to walk, I want to be your coach, cheerleader, and confidante, offering evidence-based care and compassionate support as you navigate the ups and downs of breastfeeding.

I understand how overwhelming the early days of feeding can be, and my goal is to make your journey smoother and more joyful. I’m committed to being by your side every step of the way—helping you troubleshoot challenges, celebrate victories, and find confidence in your ability to nourish your baby.
