Meet your lactation consultants IBCLCs

IBCLCs and Mentees
As International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and eager mentees, we’re here to guide you through every step of your successful breastfeeding journey.
Meet our IBCLC Mentees
As a client, you can choose to allow mentees to join your in-person or remote consultations (we encourage you to consider allowing them).
Our IBCLC mentees come from diverse backgrounds in fields such as human development, nutrition, and diet, enriching the support you receive.
Mentees assist under the guidance of our experienced IBCLCs, gaining valuable hands-on experience through consultations, breastfeeding support groups, and classes.
Through this program, they accumulate the necessary hours for their IBCLC certification.

Ashley Lee
I’ve been a Registered Nurse for almost 12 years in the mother/baby unit at Timpanogos Hospital. For the last 3 years, I’ve been working solely as a lactation consultant in the mother/baby, Labor and Delivery, newborn ICU, and peds unit of the hospital. I have loved being able to help new moms learn the skill of breastfeeding their brand-new babies. Breastfeeding is a natural thing to do, but sometimes it doesn’t come naturally. I struggled when I had my first child, and I didn’t have the resources or the knowledge that I do now. So it’s my desire to help moms feel confident in their breastfeeding journey.
Megan Dishman
Utah County, North
Iโm Megan, an ER nurse, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), new mom, and a board-certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). After my own experience with a colicky baby, I realized the importance of supportive resources for parents.
I now run @thecolicnurse on Instagram, providing guidance for navigating colic. Whether youโre dealing with colic or breastfeeding issues, Iโm here for you!

My goal is to help my clients not only succeed at breastfeeding, but thrive in their breastfeeding relationship with their newborn and have confidence in their ability to care for and provide nourishment to their baby.
