A $50 travel surcharge will be applied to East Tooele County home visits. The surcharge is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

If you don’t see your city listed, we might be able to coordinate a visit with an nearby IBCLC for an additional travel cost. If you are paying with insurance, the added travel cost is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
