Hi there! Over the past 20 years, I’ve devoted my career to maternal/newborn care as a Registered Nurse. But you know what? The last three years have been even more rewarding because I got to dive deeper into the beautiful world of breastfeeding as a certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).

When I’m not helping mamas and babies, you’ll find me with my own family, my biggest source of joy and also my greatest teachers. I’m a mom to two amazing boys, aged 16 and 10, and our sweet baby girl who we still love and remember. All my kids were NICU babies, so trust me, I’ve been right there in the thick of it!

In my own journey through motherhood, I’ve faced my share of anxiety and depression. It’s during these times that I’ve been so grateful for the support and guidance from others. This is why I’m here for you. To offer a shoulder to lean on, to share my experiences, and to provide the same kind of support and encouragement I received.
